Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lisen Jewelry. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• No restocking fees will be charged.

• There are no final sale items—all products are eligible for return unless personalized.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it

• Unworn or unused

• With original tags and packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

How to Start a Return

Please contact us at lisenjewelryinfo@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate your return. Once approved, we will provide instructions and the return address.

❗ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
❗ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
