Processing Time
All orders are made to order and processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Please note: During busy seasons or for custom-made items, processing may take a bit longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen postal service disruptions.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, or customs duties) are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they are in transit. If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please first check with your local courier. You can also contact us—we’ll do our best to assist.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once additional shipping fees are covered.
Local Delivery or Pickup (if applicable)
We currently do not offer local pickup or delivery unless otherwise stated.
